Tracking Process Section
To track your order’s status, please check your email for the shipping confirmation we sent after dispatch. You will find your Order Number and a dedicated tracking link.
Find the email titled “Your shipment has left our warehouse”.
Click the tracking link or enter your Order Number and Email Address below.
You will see the current status: Processing → Shipped → In Transit → Delivered. Most US and UK orders arrive within 2–5 business days of shipping.
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days (US) or 10 business days (UK), please contact us immediately for assistance.
Privacy & Logistics Section
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. For our UK and European customers, orders are processed from our UK-based warehouse and any applicable duties or customs fees are handled upfront — you’ll never be surprised by extra charges at delivery.
