You can get a refund in the following cases:

2. ≥24 hours (Haven't been shipped) : 25% cancellation fee
3. Once shipped : Can’t be canceled

5. Received the wrong product – Provide us with photos of the wrong product and we will refund or resend a correct product for you.
6. Received the damaged product– If this is caused by the carrier, please file a complaint with the carrier and we will assist you in obtaining compensation. If it's product quality problem, please provide us with photos or videos, and we will refund you or arrange a new replacement.

• Request a Refund: A $29 processing fee will apply, covering our shipping and handling costs.
• Request a Replacement: We will replace the item with a new one, or a similar product of equal value, at no additional cost. This replacement option is available only once.
